She focuses on strengthening partnerships, expanding impact, and supporting sustainable growth.

With over 15 years of experience in education and event management, Theona is the founder of TCSP Consulting, where she leads complex initiatives for national organizations. She is passionate about community engagement and believes access to basic hygiene is essential to dignity and well-being.
